2020 Cambodia Business Mission

The Council met with Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen and his entire economic cabinet as part of its inaugural virtual business mission to Cambodia, which took place from September 21-25.

2019 Cambodia Business Mission, July 8-9

His Excellency Pan Sorasak, Cambodian Minister of Commerce and Alex Feldman, US-ASEAN Business Council President and CEO at the 2019 Cambodia Business Mission in Phnom Penh, taking place from July 8-9. The mission focused on supporting capacity-building efforts, including human capital development, SME training, and youth leadership programs throughout Cambodia. Representatives from 14 American companies attended the mission.

On February 26, the Council hosted a luncheon in honor of H.E. Sun Chanthol, Cambodian Senior Minister for Public Works and Transport during his visit to Washington, DC.

2017 Cambodia Business Mission, February 21-22

The US-ASEAN Business Council met with Secretary General of the Council for the Development of Cambodia Sok Chenda Sophea during its annual Cambodia Business Mission on February 21-22. The delegation of 14 U.S. companies was led by Council Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director Ambassador Michael Michalak, Mark Lewis of Council Cambodia Committee Chair ConocoPhillips, and Dararith Lim of Council Cambodia Committee Vice-Chair GE.
