The Council organized a Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) Dialogue in Manila on April 3rd featuring Dr. Peter A. Petri, Asia-Pacific Scholar from Brandeis International Business School, and Hon. Ricardo R. Blancaflor, Director General of the Philippine Intellectual Property Office. The discussion focused on the latest developments in the TPP discussions and the Philippines' potential participation in the future.
