Email Maya Crowden joined the Council in June 2023 as an Operations Associate based in the Washington, DC office. In addition to providing support for the Council’s operations, she also supports the Council’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Working Group. Maya started as an intern at the Council in August 2022. Prior to joining the Council, she worked as an administrative assistant at George Washington University. She interned at a startup researching shifts in industry trends and consumer preferences during the pandemic.
Maya graduated from George Washington University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs and Economics. In 2021, she was awarded the U.S. State Department’s Critical Language Scholarship, studying with Tamkang University in Taiwan.
