Email Heidi Lepar joined the US-ASEAN Business Council in April 2015, as Executive Assistant in the Council’s Jakarta office, after assisting with the preparation and implementation of the Council’s successful Indonesia Business Mission in December 2014. She is primarily responsible for accounting and logistics.
Heidi has 12 years of working experience in the private sector for a Linen Company as a Sales Manager. She handled several departments, including Sales and Human Resources Development Department, and she also held the role of Internal Trainer during her work there. She was responsible for ensuring the stores’ supplies were being distributed equally, guiding the team to achieve targets, and creating periodical training. From 2011-2014, she switched her focus to the Property sector, specializing in land and warehousing. This position required her to be knowledgeable of market trends, as well as property-related issues in Indonesia.
Heidi graduated from Hotel and Tourism Atmajaya Catholic University in Jakarta.
