Hai Pham joined the Council in 2014 and now works as the Senior Director for Mainland Southeast Asia, ASEAN, APEC, Food & Agriculture, and Health & Life Sciences portfolios and leads the Council’s Graphics projects. Prior to joining the Council, Hai worked as an International Business & Trade Associate at the Business Management & Education Institute in Vienna, Virginia and as a Program & Research Associate Intern at VietHope in Washington, DC.
Hai holds a B.A. in International Affairs, with a concentration in Conflict Resolution focusing on the South China Sea, and Political Science from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University. Hai was born in Hanoi, Vietnam and grew up in Hanoi and Washington D.C. He is fluent in Vietnamese and studied French.
